We have state-of-the-art machinery, a modernized assembly layout, complete in-house – Fabrication, a CNC Turret Punch Press with an Automatic Bending Machine, Powder Coating, Testing and inspection Facilities with Computer Aided Drawing Designing & Inter Department Networking.

We have highly qualified, trained staff and motivated work force with several years of experience in L.T/H.T. Panel Design, Fabrication, integration & capable of designing and manufacturing Custom-Built Panels to meet with all type of challenging requirements, and delivery schedules and also providing Comprehensive reliable & friendly services by being in close contact with the customer.

The company boasts of an inimitable, innovative, and process-driven business environment with the highest level of quality commitment. We have an in-house quality control & design department with a qualified and experienced team of engineers along with CAD and design facilities.

  • In-house facility for fabrication to ensure monitoring of high quality. Fabrication is done with 2/1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet steel.
  • All panel designs on Folding pattern.
  • Paint thickness for powder coating is min. 80 micron & max. 120 micron.
  • Unique color for DG and TRANSFORMER, ensuring ease of identification and operation.
  • Adequate space for cabling in each vertical section.
  • Legends/labels are engraved on black anodized al.
  • Bus bars are insulated with shrinkable PVC sleeves, rested on SMC / DMC supports and all the live parts are surrounded to avoid accidental contact.
  • All covers and doors are very well gasketed so as to obtain dustproof enclosure.

All the panels are totally enclosed, dust and vermin-proof, fully compartmentalized, cubical design, and modular construction which has a facility to extend for future expansion on either side. Our products are type tested for degree of protection IP test. Our bus dust is manufactured with 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel with louvered covers on both sides of the bus duct. This adds to proper heat dispensation and has top and bottom covers for visual inspection and maintenance.
